My name is David Rosengaft, and I am happy to introduce myself. I've been listening to the podcast and lurking on the site for a while now. I'm currently living in Fairfax, VA, but I will be investing in Harrisburg, PA. I'll be getting started by investing in small-multi family rentals for the first year or two, but I have much bigger goals!
