Hello Everyone,

We're Lisa and Gene Messick. We're newbies that are waiting for our home to sell. Our plans are to buy a fourplex and house hack in it for a year. Then, either proceed to another buy and hold property or purchase a forever home ; Then continue with more buy and hold properties.
