New to Real Estate from Central Alabama

Hello, my name is Tim McCullough. I live in Verbena, AL. My wife and I are new to real estate investing. We are looking to buy and hold single & multi-family properties. To start with we are planning on staying relatively close to where we live. Our goal is to create enough cashflow to be fulltime investors in 8 years or less. I currently work in the power industry and she is a nurse. Looking forward to learning the processes to be successful at this.
