Newbie and partner moving to Biloxi and Columbus Mississippi

My name is Kyle Daley, I am brand new to real estate.  I will be trying to house hack in Biloxi, MS while my Fiancé will be trying to house hack in Columbus, MS.  We are both military members and our goal is to own at least 10 properties within 5 years. (Primarily small multi-families.)  We are planning on taking a trip out to MS next weekend (Feb 16th after 12PM until 10AM the 18th) and would love to meet with some local real estate investors and agents!
