Hey you guys. I'm currently in Richmond,Va and looking into starting with the Wholesale business and would like to use that to pivot into either flipping homes or buy and holds. I've been reading a lot of information with wholesaling and would like to know a bit more before i step foot in the world. Any and all help greatly appreciated! Also open to local meetups.
