SHOULD I SELL OR HOLD RENTAL PROPERTY
I made a cash purchase on a foreclosed townhome 3/2.5 for $42,500 Jan 2011. A new builder is currently building townhomes in my community, much smaller units priced at $165,000. the townhome next to my unit just sold for $142,000. Should I sell??? I currently have a tenant, rent $1,300 the unit has been rented since 2012 so I have already made my return on the purchase. Should I sell or continue to collect the monthly $1,300??
