Hello BP,

My name is Shakeb Syed and I am from the Houston, TX area. I am new to real estate investing and I am interested in buy and hold properties. I am currently looking for a good cash flowing single family or multifamily property in the greater Houston area.

I do currently have a house in La Porte, TX (inherited) that I am trying to figure out what to do with, i.e. sell or hold. I will post the specifics in the analyze deal forum. I do like the La Porte, Deer Park and Pasadena area because of the proximity to refineries and plants, but I am open to other areas as well. If any one has any suggestions / recommendations, I am all ears.

I look forward to connecting and networking with the BP community and learning the ropes of real estate.

Thanks,

Shakeb
