Custom Home Construction - Allentown, PA or Kempton, PA area

Hi friends.  Newbie here.  I am based in Fayetteville, NC but my family lives in the Allentown/Kempton area.  They are looking to build a custom home.  

I am wondering if anyone has any estimates on Cost to Build per SF New Construction range for Custom Homes in this area?

I have designed the plans and could provide project management, but am looking for wonderful subcontractors or an amazing GC in the area that you might be able to recommend.  Thanks so much!
