Hi! I am new to all of this. I am currently going through the BiggerPockets beginner's guide, and waiting for access to all of the introductory videos. I am most interested in starting out wholesaling properties in my area, finding motivated sellers and connecting them with strong buyers and investors. If there are any users in my area, I would love to communicate more and I am also willing to help out with tasks to get my feet wet and learn more!
