Baltimore, MD - Beginning my investing journey!

Hello BP Community!

My name is Neal Hassel and I'm an ambitious young adult seeking to learn about RE Investing and find out where I can best utilize my strengths to generate wealth via RE Investing.

In 2017 I bought my first house (primary residence, post-war row home) which I began renovating by leveraging my access power tools and equipment and my girlfriend's father's (contractor) immense knowledge of renovation.

The renovation is about 80% complete, it is my goal for 2019 to finish everything the house needs; some work will be done by me and hopefully the rest I will contract out.

I hope that by participating in this community I will gain the knowledge to confidently maneuver the world of real estate.

Aside real estate, I am an Industrial Designer supporting new product development of Power Tools and Outdoor Power Equipment. I'm an avid fly fisher, lover of automobiles, and supporter of local business.

I had heard of BP from my alma mater's RE club, and was more recently recommended checking it out by a coworker who has multiple rentals in my area. I look forward to learning from this community and networking with established investors!
