Real estate investment for beginners

I'm Jefta, from Tanzania-Africa

I'm so much interested concerning real estate investment and I've read several books about that matter. 

But the challenge here comes, currently I don't have money to start my investment. I met different local banks and lenders, what these people needs is an experience in such investment but also they do not give loans to the beginners.

WHAT SHALL I DO?
