[Peter Telios]

I am new to the BP community and would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Peter and am active in RE investing, brokerage, and consultation in MA and Southern NH.

BP seems to be a great resource, forum, and marketplace for people at any level in the game. I look forward to contributing my knowledge to this community as well as having the opportunity to learn from others here.

I am interested to see how many members here are active in the same market as myself and what type of RE facets you guys are active in. Anyone familiar to the area I'm sure can attest that it's an interesting place to do business in. It would be great to lend a hand, bounce ideas off of, and connect with other local BP members.
