My name is Cesar. I am from CT.  I am new to real estate and  I'm convinced that this is the perfect way to gain  financial freedom. I will be purchasing my first property around summer time, plan on house hacking first one.  Im also looking into learning as much as I can so that I can eventually do a career change  from the telco world and become my own boss.
