Hello All!  Jeffrey Haynes aka Mr. Lif here doing my first formal post.  I've been a BP member since 2017 but have been quietly honing my skills as a deal provider since joining. My recent Track Record is: June 2018, closed on a 4 unit building in Pawtucket, Rhode Island as a house hack. July 2018, closed on the sale of my family's long time primary residence (a single family home in the Greater Boston Area). August 2018, closed on the purchase of a duplex in Providence. My focus and specialty is purchasing and renovating distressed multi family properties in Providence and Pawtucket and renting for cash flow.
