Wholesaling on F1 Visa
Hello BP,
My name is Michael Hoecht, first time poster on Bigger Pockets. I'm a student in the Providence, RI area and am looking into getting involved with wholesaling real estate. I don't have much capital or experience to begin investing in more lucrative properties so I figured wholesaling is a good place to start. My situation however is complicated as I am a foreign student on a F1 Student Visa. Does anyone have any insight into the legality of wholesaling property on Visas. Possibly through a self-created LLC? I don't have enough to pay for legal consultation so I'm hitting the message boards.
Any information or direction on where to look next is appreciated.
-Michael
