Hello!

I am a new member to Bigger Pockets and looking to get started off on the right track.  I have almost read through 'How to Invest In Real Estate' and have listened to several podcasts.  I am currently in Greenville, SC and am looking to get into rental properties for long-term appreciation and rental income. I do enjoy my job as a Financial Planner, and am not looking to pursue Real Estate as a full time gig.  However, I am looking at using the time I have now to set up multiple income streams outside of my current occupation. Any tips on getting started and being pointed in the right direction would be great!

All the best,

David G.
