Hi everyone, 

My name is Jamie and I have been in and out of real estate for the last 12 years. I helped flip a few properties in Los Angeles and San Diego, owned and sold a SFR and a small duplex in Tucson and now am finally ready to start in the Chicago market. My wife was born and raised in the NW suburbs and we are currently renting a place in Humbouldt Park. I'd love to hear from anyone doing small multi family units in the city and see whats out there.
