Lurker for about a year here.  I read and listen to everything I can get my hands on about Real Estate Investing.  I have been meaning to do my intro here and after hearing about it again on the podcast this morning, made sure I sat down to get it done.

I have a full time career and am currently putting together my local team so that I am not scrambling when the right place comes along. Practicing and analyzing houses, number and cash flow figures for Multi Family Houses. I'm interested as of now in buying, renting and holding and/or BRRRR.
