Hi guys, 

I'm new to REI and looking to jump in. I recently graduated from college and have a 9-5 but would like to work towards financial freedom through real estate. I've binged the podcast and read a solid stack of books, but I'm to the point where I just need to get the ball rolling! I've attended a few local meetups and plan to continue growing my network. I'm interested in house hacking, buy and hold investing (both in and out of state), and have recently started researching commercial syndication. I'm looking forward to connecting with others in the area and on the forums to further my education in real estate.
