New member here. Joined a while back and have been checking in now and then. I have my first question but thought I should post here first. My dad and I created a partnership years ago with both of our retirements in mind. We are partners but I have been hands off for 10 years or so. He retired from his career 10 years ago and managed our properties 100% until now. He is retiring 100% and January 1 I will be managing our properties going forward. We have 18 units. My dad has done a great job but there is definitely room for improvement (at 70 some things just don't bother you like they should!!!) Anyway, you guys may get sick of all my questions.
