Hello everyone,  I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello.  My name is James Walker and I am a Landman/Realtor in the New Braunfels Area.  My wife and business partner is a full time Real Estate Broker.  We are finally getting around to investing in Fix and hold with possibly a few fix and flips mixed in.  I look froward to meeting everyone.
