Newbie from Greenbelt Maryland

Hi everyone! My name is Amani and I'm a newbie would be wholesaler in Maryland. I came across Bigger Pockets through a few YouTube videos that kept mentioning the site and I figured "hey what do you have to lose?" 

My goal is to get the knowledge and create a network to begin wholesaling fulltime and then transitioning to flipping and becoming a landlord. Any advise and/or encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
