New Investor, wholesaling from Brooklyn, NY

Hi Everyone,

I'm Kaylia from Brooklyn. I'm  starting in wholesaling. I've been doing a lot of research (reading, listening to podcasts, watch YouTube, etc) on wholesaling. Currently looking for a real estate attorney to review my contracts before I get started. Those in NYC, please recommend local attorneys that I can contact to get my contracts reviewed.

Short term goals- get through understanding of the wholesaling process to find good deals and generate income.

Mid-term goals- buy my first property which will be a four unit property. Live in 1 unit and rent out 3 for cash flow.

Long term goals- invest in more buy and hold multi unit properties.

Looking forward to learning and connecting with the B.P. community .

Best,

Kaylia
