I just wanted to introduce myself to this community. I wished I had discover BiggerPockets years ago, but I'm happy that I found it today :D

Anyhow, I'm the founder of Roomplug.com and hope I can be an active member in this forum to learn and assist others as well.

A little about my background, my family once own and operated 3 rental properties out in Riverside, CA, but unfortunately loss 2 due to foreclosure. As of now, I own a 6 bedroom and 4 bath rental property in Sun City in which I rent out each room as units, while working at Roomplug as a startup.

My ideal goal for our startup is to connect Landlords, Tenants, and Roommates and provide a platform that helps the community to keep all future rental transaction under one roof.

Anyhow, that's just a little bit about myself. I wished to make new friends here in the community to learn, share, and exchange ideas in regard to Real Estate Investing.
