 Hello BP, my name Jose. I'm from Miami FL currently living in Miami Beach. I've got a passion for real estate after looking for ways to escape the rat race. At first, I was looking into a couple ventures until a person told me just focus on one. So decided to go with Real Estate. I bought J Scott's book on flipping homes as a first book and it led me to this wonderful site. I'm surprised I didn't end up like everyone else picking Rich dad poor dad. My plan is to get my foot into wholesaling and make my way to fix and flip to buy and hold for passive income.
