Hey BiggerPockets community.  My name is Dan Schmid and I am a new real estate agent in the San Francisco Bay Area about an hour outside of San Francisco.  Based in a small town of Discovery Bay I am working for Intero in which we hold about a 70% market share of this town.  I am excited about this journey and looking forward to networking with you all on here.
