Hello everyone.

Its my first time on the forum and I wanted to introduce myself.

I've done 1 SF in the past (was originally my first home)

Since then, I decided that I'm going to focus on multifamily properties (5+ units) and raising investor funds.

Im glad to be here learning and network with you all.
