Hey All,

I have been an active investor, broker in California for many years but have decided to make the move for greener pastures in Houston.

After several trips, research and meetings with a couple RE guys I feel like there may be some better opportunities.

I have investment $ lined up and plan on doing my first TX deal set up in about a month with hopes of building from there.

I have dabbled in trustee sales here in CA and while there have been some good deals in the past, the profit margins are just not there. However I am interested in pursuing it a little more in TX. My first trip to the Harris Co. trustee auction was a little frightening to say the least. I understand how they work and the research required to safely buy, but I am interested in learning more about setting up a good system and would even considered paying someone to shadow them at one of these.

Looking forward to learning more from BP
