Hello everyone!  New to the forums, found BP through some books I was reading.  Planning on buying my first rental as soon as possible in the Salt Lake City area.  

I moved here in May from Houston, TX but was raised in Eugene, OR.  

Looking forward to reading as much as I can in the forums and learning from everyone's success and failures.

Also looking forward to networking and working with people inside and outside the area too.
