Experienced Entrepreneur new to REI in South Florida

Hello BP team!

I am a small IT business owner (15+ years) in South Florida. I have been playing around with the idea of getting into REI for a few years now. Last year, my wife left her full-time retail sales job to pursue a career in Real Estate sales. She is now a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in our state of Florida. She's partnered with a good local broker and is learning the ropes, full time. I finally made the decision to get started in REI. I've been reading and researching a lot for months now and have found a lot of good resources. I am currently looking to soak up all the knowledge and advice I can get. I have been considering starting with wholesale and flipping, then moving onto other avenues as I gain experience in the business.

My long-term goals are to become a full-time Real Estate Investor so that I can build my wealth, secure my retirement, provide a college education for my boys, and take care of my family.
