Hey how's it going, figured since I spend soooo many hours on here I should at least introduce myself.

I'm a super newbie to this field of realestate and learning as much as I can. I figure jump in the pool when everyone is getting out. So advice tips and tricks are welcome. Just trying to get my feet wet!
