Introduction - Newbie

Hello everyone, just wanted to introduce myself.  My name is Angela and i’m a soon-to-be RE Investor residing in Maryland.  I am a military veteran (U.S. Army) and currently a federal gov’t contractor.  For yearsssssss I have been saying that I wanted to get into RE but never took the jump.  After a unexpected job loss and now this current gov’t shutdown, it really has opened my eyes to investing my time and energy to what I really want to do, and also having multiple streams of income.  My goal is to start with wholesaling, then build myself up to fix-n-flips and buy and holds to build a rental portfolio.  Apologies for the length of this... excited to get started! 😁
