Better late than never...?!

I'm not sure why it's taken me 9 months to post my "new member intro", but I figured it was time - how's it going BP!?! My wife and I aren't completely new to REI, but we're entering new waters this year by making investing more of a full time focus and couldn't be more excited! We're getting off to a pretty good start too, which always helps - two weeks into the year, we have 2 properties under contract and just cleared permitting/zoning on some new construction, an ADU + garage! (DM me if you're interested in horror stories about Denver Zoning and Permits....ugh).

If we can maintain this rate, we'll catch Brandon in 2 years or less - watch out big fella! 

If anyone out there is interested in helping us catch Brandon and works/invests/is involved in the Greater Denver/Colorado market(s) and/or metro Columbus, OH, we'd love to connect!
