New Investor from Vancouver, WA
Hello Everyone,
I live and work in the Vancouver WA area and started my real estate investing journey 2 years ago. I currently have 2 rentals in the greater Vancouver area that are doing well but the area is getting very expensive very quickly.
I have been putting a lot of time into books/articles/podcasts about long distance investing and that is where I'd like to direct my efforts now. I have a good base knowledge but I would love to talk with any local investors who are investing OOS or with anyone who has tips on getting started.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Anyone with thoughts, tips or any contacts?
Thanks!

@James Wise thanks for the info! I'll keep all that in mind. I've been looking at markets more towards the Midwest and South where prices are cheaper and cash flow is still good. I see you work in Cleveland, do you also invest there?
