Where to FHA (new to real estate investing)?

I'm a huge big pockets fan it totally made me rethink my approach to life. Instead of working for 40 years to retire, I am now confident that I can cut that time in half by investing in real estate. I think a great way to start is house hacking. I'm lucky enough to have a job that allows me to work remotely so I am open to traveling anywhere in the country.

If you could go anywhere in the country to FHA for maximum profit, where would you go?

@Christopher Phillips My plan is to buy a multi-room unit using an FHA to live in and rent out the other rooms to pay off the mortgage and collect passive income.

@Aaron Flake

@Aaron Flake Yes, I'm thinking to BRRRR in high cap rate markets where rental yield will be highest.
