Hey BP! 

I'm a 21 year old located in the DC, MD, and VA market focused on making Real Estate investing my bread and butter & to build my own business out of it. I'm faithfully doing a lot of reading, researching, digging, etc. -- you all know the process -- and I've gotten my feet wet by pulling the trigger to find properties, make calls, networking et cetera.
