House Hacking to large multi-families in South Florida

Hey BP fam,

I'm Cecilia! I've been enlightening myself by reading up on personal finance, passive incomes and now multi-family house hacking for the past year. I'm a fan of Brandon on Youtube, The Richest Man in Babylon, Millionaire Mind and of course, RDPD.  Finally deciding (after like the fifth webinar) to get off my butt and get my first property.

Hoping to add to my team and build a solid network of realtors, contractors, future partners and like-minded individuals here.  Already, I've learned so much from just walking a property with a seasoned professional. It feels amazing, like a whole new world has opened up.
