Newbie From Pembroke Pines

Hi Everyone, I am new here, my name is Rey Ramos and I live in Pembroke Pines, FL. I moved here about 3 years ago from Puerto Rico. I am completely new to real estate. I have just started to read the Book on Rental Property Investing and I got to say that I have learned a lot in the past 24-48 hours just by reading that and the BiggerPockets forums. Just wanted to say hi to everyone and wish all a Happy New Year!
