Hello BP, My name is Alex and I moved from France to Miami 3 years ago.

I am entrepreneur and a life coach. My business in based online and I am thinking about investing in real estate to diversify my revenues.

I am thinking about buying cash my personal house and then refinance it to buy others properties that I will rent. 

I don't know if it's possible to refinance a house that I bought cash but I guess yes?

What do you think will be the first step to invest in Real Estate?

Also, do you know some events in Miami to attempt?
