Hi, my name is Michael Fewer and I from the outskirts of Philadelphia, PA. About a year ago is when something about real estate really intrigued me and I wanted to know more. After searching the web for some time I found BiggerPockets and started my research threw them. I really got into their podcasts in the beginning, as I am on the road a lot for my job and what better to do then listen and learn more about real estate. Following that I read Rich Dad Poor Dad which was recommended by many guests on the podcast. Amazing book! Followed by many other real estate and business books. You can only do so much reading before you have to take action and pursue what you want.

I am now in the market for a multi family unit that I will house hack as my first house. I’ve been searching the market and ready to pull the trigger on the next deal I find.
