Hello Everyone. I am new to the Bigger Pockets community but not to real estate. For the past decade my wife and I have flipped about one house each year but we are now looking to acquire rentals. Around my area, it has became extremely tough to find a good deal though sheriffs sale or MLS, so I ended up here looking for alternative means to acquire property. Looking forward to meeting new people, gaining knowledge, and sharing any knowledge I have.
