Hey, guys I’m new here I’ve been listening to the podcast lately I learned a bunch of stuff. I’m thinking on buying a 3/2 condo using FHA or similar just to get out of rent. Mortgage is gonna be way cheaper than what I’m paying now for rent. And I can always get a roommate. What do you think ? Any advise?
