Newbie Investor Looking for Meetups in St. John's, NL Canada

I am a newbie investor in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. My wife and I just bought a 2 apartment house and we are house-hacking with the intent of setting up the basement apartment as an AirBNB to open beginning of 2019. We plan to maximize income from this one-bedroom apartment to cover some of our housing costs, so we can focus on getting the next property. Because we are new, we are taking baby steps in learning and would like to meet with other investors from Newfoundland here on Biggerpockets and even face to face. I have listened to a lot of podcasts here on Biggerpockets which actually helped to boost our transition from renting to acquiring the 2 apartment we just bought. Look forwarding to learning and making friends here on BP!
