My name is Ben Retherford, I'm a new agent in Bellbrook Ohio. 

What is the best way to jump right into this awesome business? How do you go about lead generation without paying an arm and a leg through a website like Zillow? What are some of your experiences with clients (good and bad)?

I want to gain as much knowledge to be as successful as possible
