Just starting out with Wholesaling.

Hello everyone, I live in the DFW area in Texas. I feel I lack a lot of knowledge in real estate. I’ve attended a few seminars downloaded and read lots of books. I am really interested in starting out with wholesaling. I was wondering if anyone in my area, who does wholesaling, would allow me to shadow them for a day? If that’s a thing? I feel it isn’t but it doesn’t hurt to ask. I know I learn best when I place myself in the environment I am pursuing. Thank you.
