Hello, I am Greg McClellan, new to real estate investing as well as bigger pockets. I want to start with flipping foreclosure properties in the greater Chicagoland area (with a focus in Naperville) and want to work my way up to owning 50-100 unit apartment buildings. I am also Looking for hands on opportunities to get involved in my area (Naperville). Any help/advice for a newcomer would be greatly appreciated!
