New Member: Tampa, FL
My name is Diana Adams and I’ve lived in Tampa, FL since 2010. I owned three properties in Michigan, Georgia and Florida most recently selling the 10 year rental property in Atlanta, for a nice profit, to fund a recently completed addition to our home in Tampa. I previously worked in the single and multifamily finish products supply and install, for 15 years, focusing on national builders and developers. I most recently launched a business supplying single family home buyers with products not included in their homes at close as well as a consulting business focused around operational process improvement for small business owners. My real estate goal for the next 30 days is to find a turnkey property to hold as a long term rental or a property that can be renovated with $15-$25K and held as a long term rental. My real estate goals for 2019 are to find four additional properties that can generate between $500 and $1000 per property in passive income per month. My experience has given me the ability to quickly estimate renovation costs and potential return on properties. I also have several relationships that can help with great costs on finish products and labor. I am currently looking for properties South of Columbus down to Kennedy and East of Dale Mabry to the river. There are several other areas I’m researching and open to other opportunities.
