Requirements to be employed at management companies

Hi Guys,

I'm planning to buy my first house soon, but before that I have decided to be employed at any management companies so that I see and learn how they handle the rental properties and tenants. Basically I want to know the life of a landlord before I jump into it.

So is there anyone who knows the requirements needed to be employed there? 

Any information or ideas is highly appreciated.
