Hey BiggerPocketers,

I'm a Real Estate investor from Montreal, Canada, who will be relocating to NYC in 2019. I currently own a 5 unit residential building, and I plan to keep investing in Real Estate as I move to NYC. My girlfriend's family is very active fix and flip investors in Queens. I plan to fix and flip, fix and hold in certain cases and wholesale the deals that we don't take on.  

I was working in real estate banking as a Credit Analyst and Mortgage specialist in Montreal. I am also a huge fan of STRs with Airbnb and HomeAway to increase cashflow on properties.  

I am looking to expand my network in the NYC and NJ area, let's connect and exchange!
