Help running comps in Austin, TX

Hello Community, 

My name is Marque Delaney introducing myself as a  beginning real estate investor living in the Austin TX area. 

My goal is to start wholesaling, the correct way based on information in this forum. I have already started my first marketing campaign to bored investors and my phone is starting to ring!! 

Wanted to see if anyone could help me run comps for my very first lead. I am working very closely with a mentor in the Houston TX area, so no accesses to the Austin MLS.

The property is a 2 bed 2 bath single condominium in 78750.
